Seeking an experienced Facilities Building Engineer to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on a variety of systems in a safe and effective manner at the Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum three years experience in all aspects of building preventive maintenance and repair; electrical, plumbing, pool pumps , boilers and irrigation systems with a strong background in HVAC and related equipment preferred, or equivalent trade school training.
2. High school diploma or GED equivalent.
3. Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds.
4. Before hire must pass Fleet Safety and have a valid driver?s license and clean driving record.
5. Capable of driving a manual transmission pickup as well as drive an18 foot box truck when required.
6. Within six months take and pass forklift and areal lift training.
7. Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
8. Basic computer skills.
9. Must be at least 21 years of age.
